Router Table and Fence System - for Milwaukee M18 Compact Router - Fully Assembled or DIY
from $54.99
This is a fully functioning Compact, and Portable, Router Table that was purpose built for the Milwaukee Compact Router, (2723-20) and the 5 3/4" Template Sub-base plate that comes with it.
FIRST BATCH introductory price!
Made out of Premium Baltic Birch Plywood. The table is 3/4" and the fence is 1/2".
You can purchase the fence and table fully assembled or save a little money and put it together from the parts I provide. You can also add on a 2.5" hose adapter that fits the fence perfectly. If you use 2.5" hose in your dust collection this is a must have! Also fits into Kreg pocket hole jigs as a bonus.
It's the perfect size. Too large and it wouldn't clamp up safely. Too small and it wouldn't handle a fence and dust control. Having said that, this router table is not for big projects. This is a trim router so it's meant to handle smaller items. I have used a version of it for months in my shop. I made it for myself because I was running so much small stuff all at once that I would fatigue and felt unsafe with the handheld router. The Milwaukee is heavier than any other trim router I've used. Maybe its that big M18 battery sitting on top? Now, I can clamp it up and edge dress boards very quickly without tiring.
I wanted my table to be able to clamp up to my workbench without using special clamps. I didn't want to buy anything new. Notice in my photos that the table is very stable with two simple and small clamps. Most tables I see online have a VERY LARGE infeed portion of the table which I feel may cause some instability. Depends on the clamping. My table is sized for the clamps used.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: Shipping is underway! Get yours now.
What you get: table, Fence, T-Track, Two knobs with T-Nuts.
How you get it as follows:
Assembled Option - You will get the Router Table unfinished and precut for the 5 3/4" base plate. The table will have two 6" T-Tracks in RED. The Table will also have two dog holes for hanging it up or attaching to your workbench if you're into that sort of thing. Dog holes are .7874" or 20mm spaced in a 96mm pattern. If you would like a standard 3/4" hole just message me. You will also get the Fence fully assembled. The fence will include two knobs to fasten down the fence to the table. Your Assembled option will not have finish on it. I HIGHLY recommend you give it a coat of something before using. Shellac and Polycrylic work great and both dry fast!
DIY Option - You still get the complete package of parts. (table, fence, knobs, t-track) You simply get to put it together! The fence will come in a sheet that you will cut the parts out and glue together. You will get comprehensive directions on how to put it all together. I don't have a video done yet, but I'll create one on how to put it together and how to safely use the table.
Router, battery, clamps, and other background items in photos not included.
ATTENTION: You MUST have the Milwaukee Compact Router, (2723-20) and the 5 3/4" Template Sub-base plate that comes with it. This table is sized for that specific plate. Circumference and depth. Nothing else. I will work on more routers and plates in the future. Message me with which one you need.
