CNC Clamp Kit: 1/4-20 T-Nuts, 3D Printed PETG Clamps
from $20.00
I have finally converted my CNC clamping over to 1/4-20 hardware. I can't tell you how long I have had a mixture of Carbide 3D aluminum Teez Nuts and other items I've used as clamps. FINALLY, all Quarter Twenty! I personally designed these clamps and they work great in my production shop.

4 Clamping Steps
This is a great starter kit with the ability to add on additional clamps to keep you up and running. Simply add on what you think you will need. Get the bolts I provide or use your own. I'll say though, the sizes of the 1/4-20, Phillips Head, Screw/Bolts that have on this listing; I have found to be the best overall in clamping 1/2 to 3/4" material and thicker.
I've been 3D printing my clamps for a long time now and can say I have had mixed luck. Mostly due to my mistakes and/or using other designs that weren't any good. My clamps are very simple. They don't have complicated channels for screws or heads to fit in. You simply crank down until you your material is good and tight. Use the long ones when you need some extra reach, use the fat ones when you need a little more coverage.
They have some good bend to them unlike a lot of 3D printed plastics. It's PETG so they are good in the sunlight, hot shops, and are more flexible than your average PLA plastic.
I abuse mine. I'll run a bit through them and keep using them if there is just a shred of contact left!
But do they HOLD???
I have used these clamps on 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood while taking .250" depth of cut at 80 inches per minute speed with a 1/4" bit. That is my normal speed. So yeah, they will hold your project tight.
This is a lot for 20 bucks. Have you seen the prices of clamps?
I will also list this kit as an STL option so you can print as many as you want. See my store for more cool stuff.
COLOR OPTIONS - Black
I know some photos are of a faux Makita Blue but they ship in BLACK . Want some other color? Message me to see if I have it! I don' t mind ordering in new filament either!
I also have T-Nuts that fit Regular size T-Track. Message me if you need those.
Etsy makes it hard to put together a lot of variations and not make it confusing. If you have specific wants in your kit simply message me and I will throw together a quote here in Etsy and send it to you.
